SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our base in Fort Worth, Texas. Available carriers include USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days via FedEx/DHL Express

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping via USPS International, DHL Express, and FedEx International. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days
- Europe & Australia: 7–14 business days
- All other regions: 10–21 business days

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during product launches, and/or holidays. If we experience any significant delays in fulfillment, we will notify you via email.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

DELAYS
G1 Scrubs is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@g1scrubs.com.
