REFUND & RETURN POLICY

HEALTHCARE APPAREL — HYGIENE NOTICE
Due to the nature of medical-grade and healthcare apparel, G1 Scrubs maintains strict hygiene standards for all returns. Items that have been worn, washed, or removed from original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@g1scrubs.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email info@g1scrubs.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. If approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability and the return eligibility conditions above.
